Minnesota Twins. 1986-2001. “There are no short cuts to success. It takes a lot of hard work and effort. I tried to put players in a position where they have a chance to succeed. I never felt that we should ask a player to do something that they cannot do. The name of the game is pitching. Pitch and catch; that is what it is all about and some have a difficult time understanding that.” Links: Sculptor
