His Majesty’s reign has culminated in significant material and moral progress of the subjects. The love and care that the prince has dispensed and the labour and expenditure that he had undertaken for the benefit of his subjects are unparalleled. By extending benediction like the rays of the sun, he has secured public loyalty and established authority.
